North County Sprinter

by Jacque on January 29, 2010

North San Diego Sprinter

The North San Diego Sprinter runs between Escondido and Oceanside every half hour.  For $2 you can ride to the beach ($1) for seniors.  Just hop aboard at one of the stations located all along the route and enjoy the scenery of areas never seen before by car, have lunch, shop, or watch the ocean waves.  Take your children or grandchildren with you (under 6 years old travels free).  What a great way to spend a couple of hours and save gas.
