SENIOR COMMUNITIES IN NORTH SAN DIEGO

There are quite a few Senior Communities in North San Diego County.  Some are age restricted others are not.  I’ll add new ones as I visit them and either add photos or  videos of my visit and information available.  Check back often for new additions.  Here is the San Marcos Senior Center.

LAKE SAN MARCOS

Lake San Marcos, located in zip code 92078, is surrounded by the city of San Marcos.  Although there are over 22 Homeowner Associations, only a couple have age restrictions.  This lakeside master planned community was built around a man made lake beginning in the 1960’s and now has over 2200 homes. 

SAN MARCOS SENIOR COMMUNITIES

Las Brisas Pacificas, located in San Marcos 92078, is a gated 55+ community of about 150 manufactured homes.

CARLSBAD SENIOR COMMUNITIES

Rancho Carlsbad, a senior 55+ community of manufactured homes surrounding a golf course.  Located in Carlsbad, it is just a couple of miles from the beach.

OCEANSIDE SENIOR COMMUNITIES 

Ocean Hills Country Club, gated 55+ coommunity surrounding a country club and golf course.  Located in Oceanside 92056
